At Forest Faerie Cottage, every item is handmade with care, intention, and love. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

  • Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. If you do need help please contact us at forestfaeriecotttage@gmail.com.

    This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Handmade art and decor

    • Card decks and printed materials

    • Jewelry and accessories

    • Ashtrays and smoking accessories

    • Body care and apothecary products

  • For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on lotions, lotion bars, oils, soaps, salves, or any body care products.

    Please review ingredient lists carefully and perform a patch test prior to use. Individual reactions vary.

  • All card decks and educational materials are final sale once shipped. We do not offer refunds based on personal interpretation, experience, or results.

  • Each item is handmade, and slight variations in color, texture, or detail are normal and part of the charm of handcrafted goods. These variations are not considered defects.

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: forestfaeriecottage@gmail.com

  • Forest Faerie Cottage is not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

    • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
